1. Where can i check my order details?

A: You can view your order details by logging into your account on our website www.misstribe.in. Once you login you will see an option - My orders where you can see all your past orders. Alternatively a confirmation mail will be sent to the registered email id after placing the order.


2. When will my order reach me?

A: Orders are generally shipped in an average time span of 7 days to 8 days.


3. How can i modify my order?

A: If the order has not been dispatched only then you can Modify your existing order.To do so please get in touch through customercare@misstribe.in or WhatsApp/call us +918919693867.


4. Can i change my address after placing the order?

5. Where are my tracking details?

A: As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details.Or you can track from our website hompage www.misstribe.in


6. Are you accepting international orders?

A: Yes,we accept international orders.


7. What are the shipping charges (domestic & international)?

A: For domestic shipping - charges wii be 100/- Rupees per Kg and international shipping charges may vary according to the country.

9.What payment methods do you accept? For international as well as domestic orders?

We accept all credit cards & debit cards, UPI, COD (for some products) or netbanking for domestic orders. For international orders - we accept credit cards & Paypal.


10.What if the product i received in damaged condition?

A:If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please keep in touch with our customer care at -+918919693867 (Only WhatsApp) or email us at - customercare@misstribe.in mentioning your Order ID.
